When would be a good time to start looking at the new District Tech Plan for USAC approval procedure/requirements.

Hi Rod:
It wouldn't hurt to start looking at it now. Your current plan is approved through June 30, 2011; however, MDE will likely define the new criteria and process sometime this year since they need time to do the approvals.
The tricky bit is we don't yet know what their requirements are going to be or if they will change them significantly from what was required in previous cycles.
