Beside using a drobo and doing a SAN to SAN replication what are other districts using to backup Mac servers and also preparing for a disaster?  

 

Do you have spare hard drives in each server which get mirrored to?  Do you then have externals on each server for offsite?  Do you have a central server where all the back ups get dumped?  

 

Carbon Copy Cloner seems to be the popular choice, is there any other options?
