lampless portable projector

I am looking for a new projector to use during Knowledge Bowl.

I heard there are lampless projectors at our last tech meeting.

I would like a very light weight one, with high resolution.

Any help? Has anyone used one?

I am in the process of replacing projectors with bulbs to lampless projectors. We at Kittson Central have had great luck the past 2 years with the lampless. They are similar in size to projectors with bulbs. the clarity is superior and bulbs tend to dim as the bulbs get older. At this point in time, I have no reason to buy anything but lampless, it sure is nice to not have the bulb go out right about when I am going to use the projector. My projectors are primarily mounted on the ceiling for smartboards, but have one that is mobile when we are in a room that doesn't have a smartboard.
