zoom meetings

Has anyone tried to track down students setting up zoom meetings with students from other districts?

I suspect a student is going on their Chromebook and setting up a meeting through zoom or meet with students from other districts? 

How can a person monitor this when they are using Chromebooks?  I have been looking for a solution similar to ARD, but have not found one yet.
