VIDYO CLASSROOM VIDEOCONFERENCING SOLUTIONS

Would any of you that currently have ITV have any interest in experimenting with a Vidyo classroom solution? We are currently using Vidyo desktop videoconferencing with the Bemidji Regional Interdistrict Council, but I'd like to try out a Vidyo classroom solution on our NW-LINKS video network to see how it performs.

I just got a notice about Video Conference Classroom Integration Training being provided by NESC on March 17th. Does anyone know if this training will be "Vidyo" ? (it is not mentioned in the flyer - I have sent an email and will post what I find out)

Hi Maureen:
I know they do use some Vidyo systems over there for desktop at least, but it sounds to me that the focus of this is more using videoconferencing in general. By the way, I have a similar session that I could offer our group if anyone is interested.

We are using this system through our BRIC program and I think the kids and staff enjoy the interaction they have with the teacher. There tech support needs a little improvement though.
