Social Media Policy

Steve from Oklee is looking for some information.  Can anyone help? 

.  I am looking for a social media policy for our student handbook.  I need it to cover personal smart phones, tablets, ereaders, and cyber bullying.  Does the service co-op have something written on this subject that I could use and make my own?  Or could you lead me in the direction of finding one somewhere?
