Sit/Stand Workstations

I am looking at purchasing a sit/stand workstation to try out. 

Ergotron Work fit A - this is the one I am more likely to purchase.  

Also looking at Ergotrom Work fit S 

Any input as to either one of these.  

Or

Any other models you have seen? 

I have a full desk unit with shelves so I hve to have one I can mount.  Not a full deks unit.
