Present: Barb Nelson, Northwest Service Cooperative; Randy Dahl, Greenbush/Middle River School; Mary Muller, Walker/Hackensack/Akeley School; Brian Norman, Waubun School; Keith Nelson, Warroad School; Rod Stark, Kittson Central; LeEarl Rugland, Tri-County School; Jim Kotz, Thief River Falls School; John Rikhus, Ada School; Seth Tramm, Bagley School; Kevin Weber, Crookston, MN; Jon Bergeron, Stephen/Argyle Central School; Brad Olson, Norman County East School; Carolyn Schmitz, Fosston School; Mary Mehsikomer, NW Links. (If I forgot anyone I apologize, I didn’t have a sign in sheet)
Apple: Corey and Jean from Apple presented on the following:
Deploy Studio
Active Directory Integration with macs
Wiki, Blog, Podcasting in Snow Leopard
NW LINKS: Mary went over the NW LINKS RFP that is out for service starting July 1, 2010. She also gave a report on activities she has been involved with this last month. She will post some information on the .ning site.
Remember to register for the Oct. 28 E rate meeting.
Mary is available to do Internet Safety training and Thinkfinity Training
Windows Server 2008: Randy showed some training videos on how to set up and work with the new server edition and working with DHCP and DNS.
The meeting adjourned at 3:00
Next meeting November 17, 2009. Apple and Bytespeed will be presenting.
