Pearson clarified this for me...The server name "is simply used to identify which of your machines that particular instance of proctor caching is running on."
Make sure on the Pearson web site, after you log in, click on the test setup tab, you have to have a configuration in there. If you do not, you need to add one. I think you have to tell it your caching server IP address. So when you take the tests, the website will tell the local machines where to go to get the material.
Also after you have the website and the caching server client on the server setup, someone needs to create sessions on the website and then I believe on the sessions screen you have the choice to download the content to the caching server. Apologies if any of this is inaccurate. It has been a while since I configured my setup.
