Information for Apple Users
Apple Users,
Just a bit of information. I received in the mail yesterday a letter from Insight Technologies in Grand Forks, ND. The letter stated that as of April 30, 2011 they will no longer being doing Apple authorized warranty repair. I believe after them the closest repair center is in Fargo at Corporate Technologies. Apple does allow education institutions to enroll in their service program (GSX) but you need to hold a couple of Apple certifications to be authorized to do warranty repairs. Tech Check in Sartell is authorized to do warranty repair for Apple, also. (I just call them for a shipping label, box them up and send them).
