discussions/events and memberships

This .ning site was getting a lot of span and people were blogging/phishing.....  So I had to lock it down. When you post a discussion or event.  I have to o.k. the post before it gets posted on the site.  It may take an hour or so for me to see the notification.  if you post something and it doesn't get published, let me know.  I may have missed the notification.
