Information for district technology staff related to the technical side of testing

2016–2017 Online Testing Infrastructure Readiness

As we prepare for the 2016–2017 school year and OLPA administration, the Online Testing Infrastructure Readiness Checklist and Infrastructure Trial User Guide are available on the Technology Resources page of PearsonAccess Next under Online Testing Infrastructure Readiness. The checklist, in conjunction with the user guide, provides information on preparing technology for a successful testing experience. The same checklist will be used for both the 2016–2017 OLPA and MCA administrations; if district infrastructure changes throughout the school year, relevant tasks that had been completed before OLPA testing should be repeated to resolve any infrastructure issues before MCA testing begins.

Technology Training Webinars

These trainings will be recorded, and session recordings and PowerPoint presentations will be posted to the Training Management System 2-3 days after the first session. Call-in information and links to join each session are provided in the attachment. Each training is limited to the first 150 participants. No registration is required.
