Receiving Multiple Copies of Email Message

Good morning,

Many staff at my school and myself are receiving email messages multiple times, usually on the same day. The first message appears normal and legit from a known sender, then the message will reappear at a later time (as little as a few minutes, as long as a few hours), but almost always with odd additional text in addition to the original message.

I've found a variety of potential causes and a few solution suggestions, but none have fixed the issue.

Has anyone experienced this and/or found a solution?
