portable sound system to amplify computer speakers

Hi all, 

I am looking for a sound system to hook up to a computer to amplify the sound.  We have Administrative Meetings and a few other meetings throughout the year at different venues.  The logitech speakers and other speakers you just hook up to the computer via USB ports does not have enough sound so everyone can hear. 

Do they make a product that is portable that we can bring to these venues so the sound reaches every corner of the rooms we are in?  They aren't huge rooms.  Maybe 80 people or so... 

It can't weigh  a lot either because we have to carry it in and set it up and take it out again. 

Any ideas?
