Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Search
A few weeks ago Outlook decided that when a user did a search for email (either through OWA or Outlook 2013) it would only return results of items that were a month old or older. I have researched for an answer to this issue and have come up empty-handed. I have not done any updates to Exchange or Microsoft Office, so I am unsure why this is suddenly happening. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, how did you remedy it?

We use Exchange and Outlook 2013/2016. We have not seen that problem (sorry we are no help)...
