Contract comparables...

Every year it seems like one of us is going around and asking this stuff. I have made an attempt to hopefully equalize it out a little bit. It is a google form, if you want to share this info, awesome. If not, well...you know it is all public record...(not saying I have the ambition anyways)...just saying...but this info tends to help us all out when we are going in to negotiate as at will and off-schedule employees. If you share your info, I will be more than happy to share the results. If you don't share your info, well I guess I won't know because it is essentially anonymous if you want it to be...but I would hope that if you want to see the results, you would at least take part. The other thing that would help is if we can get this spread out to a large number of people, so feel free to share it with other tech ed groups in MN. I will buy you a fake NING drink or something for your helping to further this.

Hi Jake and All:

I am also working on the TIES Survey which will be done shortly and sent out for people to respond to - I will be launching this statewide and will share the data with any district that participates.
