I am curious what other schools are using to backup their servers on a nightly basis?

I use veeam also and have been using it for many years, since v4.  Highly recommended if your all virtual.

If you want someone local, High Point Networks also sells it.

With how fast veeam is, I backup every two hours between 8am and 5 pm.  Each time it backups, it take about 45 mins.  I have 18 vm's that it processes.

Veeam all the way.  As Ben said it's awesome.  I've restored individual files and total VM's without issues.  Veeam also has a free product for physical servers and we have used that to restore servers.  All in all it's a great product.
