Crookston is experiencing a problem with the AIR software in two of our testing labs.

Problem: Drop boxes are not being populated with the correct characters.  All the students see are outlines and squiggles.  Example would be the calculator and the zoom in/out buttons.  Once this happens we have to pause the test and restart it.

We are running iMac computer with OS 10.4 using the Air 5.5 browser.

Has anyone ran into this issue?  One lab works most of the time the other has issues.  I have a lab of eMac with have never had the problem.
